摘 要
农业生态系统服务是维持人类生存与发展的重要基础，随着社会经济快速发展与人口增长，农业生态系统的压力不断增加，传统农业生产模式难以平衡生态保护与经济效益。本研究旨在构建科学合理的农业生态系统服务评估体系，并探索有效的生态补偿机制。不同农业生态系统的服务功能存在显著差异，需建立分类分级的评价标准；基于生态系统服务价值核算，提出多元主体参与、多渠道资金筹集的生态补偿模式，强调政府主导、市场运作和社会参与相结合。创新性地引入了动态监测与反馈调整机制，确保补偿政策的科学性和可持续性，为实现农业生态系统的保护与可持续利用提供了理论依据和实践指导，对推动生态文明建设和乡村振兴战略具有重要意义。

Research on Agricultural Ecosystem Services and Ecological Compensation Mechanisms
ABSTRACT
Agro-ecosystem services are an important basis for maintaining human survival and development. With the rapid development of social economy and population growth, the pressure on agro-ecosystem is increasing, and it is difficult for traditional agricultural production models to balance ecological protection and economic benefits. The purpose of this study is to establish a scientific and reasonable assessment system of agro-ecosystem services and explore an effective ecological compensation mechanism. There are significant differences in the service functions of different agroecosystems, so it is necessary to establish the evaluation criteria of classification and classification. Based on the value accounting of ecosystem services, the ecological compensation model with multi-subject participation and multi-channel fund raising is proposed, emphasizing the combination of government leading, market operation and social participation. The dynamic monitoring and feedback adjustment mechanism has been innovatively introduced to ensure scientific and sustainable compensation policies, providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for realizing the protection and sustainable utilization of agricultural ecosystems, and is of great significance for promoting the construction of ecological civilization and the strategy of rural revitalization.
