构建和谐领导风格提升员工满意度的策略研究

             

摘    要

  随着社会经济的快速发展,企业竞争日益激烈,员工满意度成为影响企业竞争力的关键因素之一。本研究聚焦于构建和谐领导风格以提升员工满意度这一课题,旨在探讨不同领导风格对员工满意度的影响机制,为企业管理提供理论依据与实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合中国本土企业管理特点,采用问卷调查法和访谈法相结合的方式,选取多个行业具有代表性的企业作为样本,共收集有效问卷1200份,并对30位中高层管理者进行深度访谈。研究发现,和谐领导风格能够显著提升员工的工作满意度、组织承诺和职业忠诚度,其中情感支持、公平对待、愿景引领是关键影响因素。

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of social economy and the competition of enterprises is increasingly fierce, employee satisfaction has become one of the key factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. This research focuses on the topic of building a harmonious leadership style to improve employee satisfaction, aiming to explore the influence mechanism of different leadership styles on employee satisfaction, and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprise management. Through the systematic review of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the management characteristics of Chinese enterprises, using the combination of questionnaire survey and interview method, representative enterprises in many industries were selected as samples, a total of 1200 valid questionnaires were collected, and in-depth interviews were conducted with 30 middle and senior managers. The study found that harmonious leadership style can significantly improve employees' job satisfaction, organizational commitment and professional loyalty, with emotional support, fair treatment and vision guidance as the key influencing factors.
