摘 要
随着网络视频产业的迅猛发展，版权保护问题日益凸显。本研究聚焦网络视频平台版权保护面临的法律挑战，旨在构建完善的版权保护体系。通过对国内外相关法律法规、司法判例及行业实践进行系统梳理，结合问卷调查与访谈等实证研究方法，深入剖析当前网络视频平台版权保护存在的主要问题，包括侵权行为界定模糊、维权成本高昂、技术手段滞后等。研究发现，现行法律框架在应对新型侵权模式时存在诸多不足，亟需完善立法以适应行业发展需求。本文创新性地提出建立多方协同治理机制，强化平台主体责任，优化版权登记制度，并引入区块链等新兴技术提升版权保护效能。研究结果表明，通过构建综合性的法律保障体系，能够有效遏制侵权行为，促进网络视频产业健康可持续发展，为相关政策制定提供理论依据和实践参考，对推动我国数字内容产业法治化进程具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of online video industries, copyright protection issues have become increasingly prominent. This study focuses on the legal challenges faced by online video platforms in copyright protection and aims to construct a comprehensive copyright protection system. By systematically reviewing relevant laws and regulations, judicial precedents, and industry practices both domestically and internationally, combined with empirical research methods such as surveys and interviews, this study thoroughly analyzes the main problems in current online video platform copyright protection, including ambiguous definitions of infringement, exorbitant维权 costs for rights protection, and lagging technological measures. The findings indicate that the existing legal fr amework has numerous deficiencies when addressing new types of infringement patterns, necessitating legislative improvements to meet industry demands. Innovatively, this paper proposes establishing a multi-party collaborative governance mechanism, strengthening the primary responsibility of platforms, optimizing the copyright registration system, and introducing emerging technologies like blockchain to enhance copyright protection efficiency. The results show that constructing an integrated legal protection system can effectively curb infringement behaviors, promote the healthy and sustainable development of the online video industry, provide theoretical foundations and practical references for policy formulation, and significantly contribute to the advancement of the rule of law in China’s digital content industry.
