论网络直播中的著作权保护问题
摘 要
随着互联网技术的迅猛发展，网络直播作为一种新兴的传播形式迅速崛起，其在丰富人们娱乐生活的同时也带来了诸多著作权保护问题。为探究网络直播中著作权保护面临的挑战并寻求有效解决路径，本研究以网络直播中的著作权保护为核心议题，旨在构建适应新时代需求的著作权保护体系。通过文献分析法梳理国内外相关研究成果，运用案例分析法剖析典型侵权事件，结合实地调研深入了解行业现状与从业者认知。研究发现，网络直播存在版权归属界定模糊、侵权行为难以监测、维权成本过高等问题。针对这些问题提出建立专门立法规范、完善平台监管机制、强化主播版权意识等建议。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology, network broadcast, as an emerging form of communication, rises rapidly, which not only enriches people's entertainment life but also brings many copyright protection problems. In order to explore the challenges faced by copyright protection in network broadcast and seek effective solutions, this study takes copyright protection in network broadcast as the core topic, and aims to build a copyright protection system that meets the needs of the new era. Through literature analysis method, we sort out relevant research results at home and abroad, use case analysis method to analyze typical infringement events, and deeply understand the current situation of the industry and practitioners' cognition combined with field research. It is found that there are vague definition of copyright ownership, difficult to monitor infringement and high cost of rights protection. In view of these problems, the paper puts forward suggestions such as establishing special legislation norms, improving the platform supervision mechanism and strengthening the copyright awareness of anchors.
