摘 要
呼吸系统疾病是临床常见病、多发病，严重影响患者生活质量。雾化吸入治疗以其局部药物浓度高、起效快、全身不良反应少等优势成为呼吸系统疾病的重要治疗手段之一，而有效的护理对提高雾化吸入治疗效果至关重要。本研究旨在探讨呼吸系统疾病患者雾化吸入治疗的护理要点，通过查阅大量文献资料并结合临床实践经验，总结出一套系统的护理方法。在护理过程中注重评估患者病情及心理状态，做好雾化前设备检查与患者准备，雾化时密切观察患者反应并指导正确呼吸方式，雾化后及时清理呼吸道分泌物并进行健康宣教。结果显示经此护理干预后，患者对雾化吸入治疗的依从性显著提高，治疗效果得到明显改善，不良反应发生率降低。这表明科学合理的护理措施能充分发挥雾化吸入治疗的优势，为呼吸系统疾病患者提供更优质的医疗服务，该研究创新性地将心理护理融入整个护理流程，强调个性化护理方案制定，为临床护理工作提供了新的思路和参考依据。

Abstract
Respiratory diseases are common and frequently occurring illnesses in clinical practice, significantly impacting patients' quality of life. Nebulized inhalation therapy has become an important treatment modality for respiratory diseases due to its advantages of high local drug concentration, rapid onset of action, and minimal systemic adverse reactions. Effective nursing care plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficacy of nebulized inhalation therapy. This study aims to explore the key nursing points for patients undergoing nebulized inhalation therapy for respiratory diseases. By reviewing extensive literature and combining clinical experience, a systematic nursing approach has been developed. Emphasis is placed on assessing patients' medical conditions and psychological status, conducting pre-nebulization equipment checks and patient preparation, closely monitoring patients' responses during nebulization while guiding proper breathing techniques, and promptly clearing respiratory secretions post-nebulization along with health education. The results demonstrate that after implementing this nursing intervention, patients' adherence to nebulized inhalation therapy significantly improved, treatment outcomes were markedly enhanced, and the incidence of adverse reactions decreased. This indicates that scientifically sound and reasonable nursing measures can fully leverage the advantages of nebulized inhalation therapy, providing higher quality medical services to patients with respiratory diseases. Innovatively, this study integrates psychological nursing throughout the entire care process and emphasizes the formulation of individualized nursing plans, offering new insights and reference for clinical nursing practices.
