马匹关节疾病的诊断技术与康复管理研究

摘  要

马匹关节疾病是影响赛马及工作马健康和运动能力的重要因素,传统诊断方法存在局限性且康复管理缺乏系统性。本研究旨在探索先进的诊断技术与科学的康复管理体系,以提高马匹关节疾病的诊疗水平。通过整合影像学检查(X光、核磁共振)、生物标志物检测以及临床症状评估等多模态诊断手段,构建了综合诊断模型,并引入人工智能算法辅助诊断,显著提高了早期诊断准确率。在康复管理方面,建立了基于运动疗法、物理治疗和营养支持相结合的个性化康复方案,同时开发了智能监测系统对康复进程进行实时跟踪。研究结果表明,新的诊断技术能够将早期确诊率提升30%,康复有效率达到85%以上。该研究创新性地将多学科技术融合应用于马匹关节疾病领域,为兽医临床提供了可靠的理论依据和技术支持,有助于改善马匹福利并延长其运动寿命。

DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUES AND REHABILITATION MANAGEMENT OF HORSE JOINT DISEASES

ABSTRACT

Joint disease in horses is an important factor affecting the health and sports ability of horse racing and working horses. The traditional diagnostic methods have limitations and lack of systematic rehabilitation management. This study aims to explore advanced diagnostic technology and scientific rehabilitation management system to improve the diagnosis and treatment of horse joint diseases. By integrating imaging examination (X-ray, nuclear magnetic resonance), biomarker detection and clinical symptom assessment, a comprehensive diagnosis model was constructed, and artificial intelligence algorithm was introduced to assist diagnosis, which significantly improved the accuracy of early diagnosis. In rehabilitation management, a personalized rehabilitation program based on combining exercise therapy, physiotherapy and nutritional support was established, while an intelligent monitoring system was developed to track the rehabilitation process in real time. The results show that the new diagnostic technology can increase the early diagnosis rate by 30% and the recovery rate by more than 85%. This research innovatively applied the integration of multidisciplinary technology to the field of horse joint disease, which provided reliable theoretical basis and technical support for veterinary clinical practice, and helped to improve the welfare of horses and extend their exercise life.
