摘 要
猪群腹泻病是影响养猪业健康发展的重要疾病,其发生与多种因素相关。为有效防控猪群腹泻病,本研究基于流行病学调查、实验室检测和临床观察,综合分析了不同规模养殖场的发病情况,确定了主要致病菌株及其耐药性特征。通过建立分子生物学诊断平台,实现了对病原体的快速精准检测,并结合微生态制剂、免疫增强剂等新型防控手段,构建了一套科学合理的综合防控体系。该体系在多个大型养殖场进行了推广应用,结果显示发病率显著降低,治愈率明显提高,经济效益和社会效益显著。本研究创新性地将传统防控措施与现代生物技术相结合,提出了以预防为主、防治结合的新理念,为我国乃至全球养猪业提供了可借鉴的防控模式,对保障生猪产业稳定发展具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
Diarrheal disease in pigs is an important disease affecting the healthy development of the pig industry, and its occurrence is associated with many factors. In order to effectively prevent and control diarrheal diseases in pigs, based on epidemiological investigation, laboratory testing and clinical observation, this study comprehensively analyzed the incidence of different scale breeding farms, and determined the main pathogenic strains and their drug resistance characteristics. Through the establishment of a molecular biology diagnosis platform, the rapid and accurate detection of pathogens has been realized, and combined with new prevention and control means such as microecological agents and immune enhancers, a scientific and reasonable comprehensive prevention and control system has been constructed. The system has been popularized and applied in many large breeding farms, and the results show that the incidence rate is significantly reduced, the cure rate is significantly improved, and the economic benefits and social benefits are significant. This study innovatively combines traditional prevention and control measures with modern biotechnology, and puts forward a new concept of prevention and prevention, which provides a prevention and control mode for the pig industry in China and even the world, and is of great significance to ensure the stable development of the pig industry.
