人力资源管理中的员工培训与发展问题及对策


摘    要

  随着全球化进程加快和市场竞争加剧,企业面临日益复杂的经营环境,人力资源作为核心竞争力的重要性愈发凸显。本研究聚焦员工培训与发展这一关键领域,旨在探讨当前我国企业在员工培训中存在的问题并提出针对性对策。通过对126家不同规模企业的问卷调查与深度访谈,结合文献综述法,系统分析了现有培训体系的不足之处,发现主要存在培训需求评估不精准、培训内容缺乏实用性、培训方式单一以及培训效果评估机制不完善等问题。基于此,本文创新性地提出了构建以员工职业发展为导向的个性化培训模式,强调将培训贯穿于员工职业生涯全过程,建立动态培训需求评估体系,优化培训课程设计,丰富培训手段,并引入多维度培训效果评价机制。研究结果表明,该模式能够有效提升员工满意度和忠诚度,增强企业核心竞争力,为解决我国企业员工培训中的共性问题提供了新思路,对推动现代企业人力资源管理理论与实践的发展具有重要参考价值。

Abstract 
  As the process of globalization accelerates and market competition intensifies, enterprises are confronted with increasingly complex operating environments, making human resources an ever more prominent core competitiveness. This study focuses on the critical area of employee training and development, aiming to explore existing problems in employee training within Chinese enterprises and propose targeted countermeasures. By conducting surveys and in-depth interviews with 126 enterprises of various scales, combined with a literature review, this research systematically analyzes the deficiencies in current training systems. It identifies major issues such as imprecise training needs assessment, lack of practicality in training content,Based on these findings, this paper innovatively proposes the construction of a personalized training model oriented towards employees' career development. It emphasizes integrating training throughout the entire career process of employees, establishing a dynamic training needs assessment system, optimizing training course design, diversifying training methods, and introducing a multi-dimensional training effectiveness evaluation mechanism. The research results indicate that this model can effectively enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty, strengthen corporate core competitiveness, provide new insights into addressing common problems in employee training within Chinese enterprises, and offer significant reference value for the development of modern enterprise human resource management theory and practice.
