Abstract 
  Corporate mergers and acquisitions (M) integration is a critical strategic tool for modern enterprise development, yet the risks involved cannot be overlooked. This study examines the current status and challenges of M integration both domestically and internationally, focusing on risk management issues during the M process, with the aim of constructing a systematic risk management system to provide scientifically sound and effective strategies for enterprises. By conducting an in-depth analysis of numerous real-world cases and employing a research methodology that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study identifies key risk factors affecting the effectiveness of M integration, including cultural conflicts, human resource management, financial integration, and legal compliance. The findings reveal that the degree of cultural integration significantly impacts the operational efficiency of post-M enterprises, while effective communication mechanisms and talent retention strategies can substantially mitigate integration risks. An innovative contribution of this research is the proposal of a dynamic adaptability-based risk management fr amework, which emphasizes differentiated risk management measures tailored to the characteristics of different stages. This fr amework not only encompasses traditional pre-event prevention and mid-event control but also places special emphasis on the establishment of post-event evaluation and feedback mechanisms, ensuring that risk management permeates the entire M integration process. The research outcomes provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for enterprises implementing M strategies in a complex and volatile market environment, thereby enhancing the success rate of M and strengthening corporate core competitiveness.
