摘 要
随着全球环境问题日益严峻，供应链绿色管理成为企业可持续发展的关键议题。本研究旨在探讨当前供应链绿色管理中存在的主要问题并提出相应对策，以期为企业实现绿色转型提供理论支持与实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理以及对典型企业的案例分析，发现当前供应链绿色管理面临诸多挑战：一是企业环保意识不足，缺乏绿色发展理念；二是绿色标准不统一，导致上下游企业协同困难；三是绿色技术成本高，限制了中小企业参与积极性；四是政策法规执行力度不够，监管体系有待完善。针对上述问题，本文创新性地构建了一个基于全生命周期管理的绿色供应链评价体系，从环境影响、资源利用效率和社会责任三个维度进行综合评估，并提出了包括建立绿色联盟、推广绿色金融工具、加强政府引导等在内的多项具体措施。研究表明，通过实施这些对策可以有效提升供应链整体绿色水平，促进企业间协作共赢，为推动我国制造业向绿色化、智能化方向发展提供了重要参考依据。

Abstract
As global environmental issues become increasingly severe, green supply chain management has emerged as a critical component of corporate sustainability. This study aims to investigate the primary challenges in current green supply chain management and propose corresponding strategies to support enterprises in achieving green transformation, providing both theoretical insights and practical guidance. Through a systematic review of relevant literature both domestically and internationally, along with case studies of representative enterprises, several key challenges have been identified: firstly, insufficient environmental awareness among companies, lacking a green development mindset; secondly, non-uniform green standards that hinder coordination between upstream and downstream enterprises; thirdly, high costs associated with green technologies that limit participation from small and medium-sized enterprises; and fourthly, inadequate enforcement of policies and regulations, necessitating improvements in the supervisory system. In response to these issues, this paper innovatively constructs a green supply chain evaluation system based on life cycle management, assessing environmental impact, resource utilization efficiency, and social responsibility comprehensively. Specific measures are proposed, including establishing green alliances, promoting green financial instruments, and enhancing government guidance. The research findings indicate that implementing these strategies can effectively enhance the overall green performance of supply chains, fostering collaborative win-win relationships among enterprises, and providing significant reference for advancing China’s manufacturing sector towards greener and smarter development.
