摘 要
随着互联网技术的迅猛发展,电子商务已成为现代商业的重要组成部分,其运营管理面临诸多新挑战与机遇。本研究旨在探讨电子商务企业运营管理的优化路径,以提升企业竞争力和运营效率。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合案例分析法、问卷调查法以及统计分析法,选取具有代表性的电子商务企业作为研究对象,深入剖析其运营管理现状、存在的问题及成因。研究发现,当前电子商务企业在供应链管理、客户关系维护、数据安全保护等方面存在不同程度的短板,如供应链响应速度慢影响客户体验,客户信息泄露风险威胁企业信誉等。针对这些问题,提出构建敏捷供应链体系、强化客户关系管理系统、完善数据安全保障机制等创新性对策建议。这些措施有助于提高企业的灵活性和适应性,增强客户粘性,保障交易安全,为电子商务企业运营管理提供理论参考与实践指导,对推动我国电子商务行业的健康持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology, e-commerce has become an integral part of modern business, presenting both new challenges and opportunities in operations management. This study aims to explore optimization paths for the operations management of e-commerce enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and operational efficiency. By systematically reviewing relevant domestic and international literature, and employing case analysis, survey methods, and statistical analysis, this research selects representative e-commerce enterprises as subjects to thoroughly examine their current operations management status, existing problems, and underlying causes. The findings reveal that e-commerce enterprises currently face varying degrees of shortcomings in supply chain management, customer relationship maintenance, and data security protection. For instance, slow supply chain response affects customer experience, while the risk of customer information leakage threatens corporate credibility. In response to these issues, this study proposes innovative countermeasures such as establishing an agile supply chain system, strengthening customer relationship management systems, and improving data security mechanisms. These measures are conducive to enhancing corporate flexibility and adaptability, increasing customer loyalty, and ensuring transaction security. They provide theoretical references and practical guidance for the operations management of e-commerce enterprises, which is of great significance for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of China's e-commerce industry.
