中小企业数字化转型路径及挑战研究
摘 要
随着信息技术的快速发展，数字化转型已成为中小企业提升竞争力的关键途径。本文旨在探讨中小企业在数字化转型过程中所面临的路径选择及其挑战，并提出相应的对策建议。研究基于对国内外相关文献的系统回顾与分析，结合实地调研数据，采用案例研究法和问卷调查相结合的方式，选取了不同行业、规模和发展阶段的中小企业作为样本进行深入剖析。结果表明，尽管多数企业认识到数字化转型的重要性，但在实施过程中普遍遭遇资金不足、技术人才短缺以及信息安全风险等问题；同时，缺乏有效的战略规划也是阻碍其成功转型的重要因素之一。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a key way for smes to enhance their competitiveness. This paper aims to explore the path selection and challenges faced by SMEs in the process of digital transformation, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Based on the systematic review and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with field research data, using the combination of case study method and questionnaire survey, small and medium-sized enterprises in different industries, scale and development stages were selected as samples for in-depth analysis. The results show that although most enterprises realize the importance of digital transformation, insufficient shortage, technical personnel shortage and information security risk; the lack of effective strategic planning is one of the important factors hindering their successful transformation.
