摘 要
随着动物医学的发展,非手术治疗在动物骨骼疾病中的应用日益广泛。本研究旨在系统探讨非手术疗法在动物骨骼疾病治疗中的有效性及创新应用。研究采用文献综述与临床案例相结合的方法,重点分析了物理治疗、药物治疗和营养干预等非手术疗法的临床应用效果。通过对近五年国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合本院收治的120例犬猫骨骼疾病病例的临床数据,研究发现物理治疗中的低强度脉冲超声疗法可显著促进骨折愈合,较传统方法缩短康复时间约30%;新型生物制剂如富血小板血浆注射在骨关节炎治疗中表现出良好的抗炎和软骨修复作用;个性化营养方案对老年动物的骨质疏松症具有显著改善效果。研究创新性地提出了"阶梯式非手术治疗方案",根据疾病严重程度和动物个体差异制定渐进式治疗方案,有效提高了治疗效果并降低了复发率。结果表明,科学合理的非手术治疗不仅能够有效缓解症状、促进组织修复,还能避免手术创伤带来的风险,特别适用于老年动物和慢性病患者。

ABSTRACT
With the advancement of veterinary medicine, non-surgical treatments have gained increasing prominence in the management of skeletal disorders in animals. This study aims to systematically investigate the efficacy and innovative applications of non-surgical therapies in treating animal skeletal diseases. Employing a methodology that combines literature review with clinical case analysis, the research focuses on evaluating the clinical outcomes of physical therapy, pharmacological treatment, and nutritional interventions. Through a comprehensive review of relevant literature published over the past five years and an analysis of clinical data from 120 cases of canine and feline skeletal diseases treated at our institution, the study reveals that low-intensity pulsed ultrasound therapy significantly enhances fracture healing, reducing recovery time by approximately 30% compared to traditional methods. Novel biological agents, such as platelet-rich plasma injections, demonstrate promising anti-inflammatory and cartilage-repairing effects in osteoarthritis treatment. Personalized nutritional plans show notable improvements in osteoporosis among geriatric animals. The study innovatively proposes a "stepwise non-surgical treatment protocol," which tailors progressive therapeutic strategies based on disease severity and individual animal differences, thereby enhancing treatment efficacy and reducing recurrence rates. The findings indicate that scientifically designed non-surgical treatments not only effectively alleviate symptoms and promote tissue repair but also mitigate the risks associated with surgical trauma, making them particularly suitable for elderly animals and patients with chronic conditions. This research provides new insights and methodologies for non-surgical management of animal skeletal diseases, offering significant implications for improving clinical outcomes.
