猪链球菌病的流行特点与防控措施
摘 要
猪链球菌病是生猪养殖过程中常见的一种疾病,主要由链球菌感染引起,对养猪业造成了严重的经济损失。链球菌广泛存在于自然界中,对干燥和高温环境敏感,但对大部分消毒剂具有较强的抵抗力。猪链球菌病不仅影响猪只的生长发育,还可能导致急性败血症、脑膜炎等严重症状,甚至引发人畜共患病的风险。本研究全面综述了猪链球菌病的流行特点、致病机制及防控措施。首先,分析了猪链球菌病的流行病学特征、传播途径及季节性分布规律,揭示了其高传染性和地方流行性特点。其次,深入探讨了猪链球菌的病原学特征、毒力因子及宿主免疫反应机制,为理解疾病发生发展提供了理论基础。在防控措施方面,提出了包括定期清理猪舍、合理饲养、健康管理、消除外伤因素等在内的预防策略,以及药物治疗和综合防控体系的构建与应用。

PREVALENCE CHARACTERISTICS AND CONTROL MEASURES OF STREPTOCOCCUS SUIS
ABSTRACT
Streptococcus suis is a common disease in the process of pig breeding, mainly caused by streptococcus infection, and causing serious economic losses to the pig industry. Streptococci are widely found in nature and are sensitive to dry and high-temperature environments, but have strong resistance to most disinfectants. Streptococcus suis not only affects the growth and development of pigs, but may also may lead to serious symptoms such as acute sepsis and meningitis, and even cause the risk of zoonosis. This study comprehensively reviewed the epidemic characteristics, pathogenic mechanisms and prevention and control measures of Streptococcus swine disease. First, the epidemiological characteristics, transmission route, and seasonal distribution rules of HSA were analyzed to reveal its high infectivity and local prevalence. Secondly, the pathogenic characteristics, virulence factors and host immune response mechanisms of S. suis are explored in depth, which provides a theoretical basis for understanding the development of diseases. In terms of prevention and control measures, prevention strategies, including regular cleaning of piggery, reasonable feeding, health management, elimination of trauma factors, are put forward, as well as the construction and application of drug treatment and comprehensive prevention and control system.
