本研究对农作物抗病性遗传改良进行了全面的探讨。首先,介绍了研究背景和意义,以及国内外研究现状。其次,阐述了农作物抗病性遗传改良的理论基础,包括抗病性的概念和分类、遗传基础和分子机制,以及遗传改良的方法和技术。接着,详细介绍了传统育种方法、分子标记辅助育种方法和基因工程技术在农作物抗病性遗传改良中的应用。最后,通过对小麦、水稻和玉米等主要农作物的抗病性遗传改良案例分析,验证了这些技术在提高农作物抗病性方面的有效性和可行性。

STUDY ON THE GENETIC IMPROVEMENT OF CROP DISEASE RESISTANCE
ABSTRACT
In this study, the genetic improvement of crop disease resistance was comprehensively explored. Firstly, the research background and significance are introduced, as well as the current research status at home and abroad. Secondly, the theoretical basis of the genetic improvement of crop disease resistance, including the concept and classification of disease resistance, genetic basis and molecular mechanisms, as well as the methods and techniques of genetic improvement. Then, the application of traditional breeding methods, molecular marker-assisted breeding methods and genetic engineering techniques in the genetic improvement of crop disease resistance are introduced in detail. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of these techniques in improving disease resistance were demonstrated on the major crops such as wheat, rice and maize.
