土壤有机质作为农业生产的重要基础,对作物生长具有深远影响。本研究旨在系统评估土壤有机质含量与作物生长指标间的定量关系,揭示其作用机制,为优化农田管理提供科学依据。研究采用田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,选取典型农业区为研究对象,设置不同有机质含量的处理组,连续三年监测玉米、小麦等主要作物的生长状况。通过测定土壤理化性质、微生物活性及作物生理指标,运用多元回归分析和结构方程模型等方法,深入探讨了土壤有机质对作物生长的综合效应。结果表明,土壤有机质含量与作物产量呈显著正相关,且存在明显的阈值效应:当有机质含量低于2.5%时,每增加1%的有机质可使产量提升15-20%;超过3.5%后增产效果趋于平缓。进一步分析发现,土壤有机质主要通过改善土壤结构、提高养分有效性及增强微生物活性等途径促进作物生长。

COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTS OF SOIL ORGANIC MATTER ON CROP GROWTH

ABSTRACT

As an important basis of agricultural production, soil organic matter has a profound impact on crop growth. The aim of this study was to systematically evaluate the quantitative relationship between soil organic matter content and crop growth index, reveal its mechanism of action, and provide scientific basis for optimizing farmland management. The study adopted the method of field experiment and laboratory analysis, selected typical agricultural areas as the research ob jects, set up different organic matter content treatment groups, and monitored the growth of corn, wheat and other major crops for three consecutive years. By measuring soil physicochemical properties, microbial activity and crop physiological indexes, using multiple regression analysis and structural equation model, the comprehensive effect of soil organic matter on crop growth was deeply discussed. The results showed that soil organic matter content was significantly positively correlated with crop yield, and there was an obvious threshold effect: when the organic matter content was lower than 2.5%, the yield could be increased by 15-20% with an increase of 1%. Above 3.5%, the effect of increasing production tends to flatline. Further analysis showed that soil organic matter promoted crop growth mainly by improving soil structure, increasing nutrient availability and enhancing microbial activity.
