犬细小病毒病的综合防控技术研究
摘 要
犬细小病毒病是一种高度传染性的犬类疾病,对全球养犬业造成了巨大的经济损失和健康威胁。该疾病具有复杂的流行病学特征和多样的传播途径,包括直接接触、空气飞沫、污染物传播等,使得其防控难度加大。本研究通过系统地分析犬细小病毒病的流行病学特征与传播机制,揭示了其复杂性和多样性。在诊断技术方面,本研究对比了传统诊断方法与分子生物学诊断技术的优劣,并开发了一种快速诊断技术,实现了对犬细小病毒病的快速、准确检测。在综合防控策略方面,本研究优化了疫苗接种策略,提高了疫苗的保护效果;同时,研究了环境消毒与隔离措施的有效性,并提出了针对性的防控建议。

PREVENTION AND TREATMENT MEASURES OF PIG DISEASES IN ANIMAL HUSBANDRY AND VETERINARY WORK
ABSTRACT
Canine parvovirus disease is a highly contagious canine disease that poses great economic losses and health threats to the global canine industry. The disease has complex epidemiological characteristics and diverse transmission routes, including direct contact, airborne droplets, pollutant transmission, etc., which makes its prevention and control more difficult. This study revealed the complexity and diversity of the epidemiological characteristics and mechanism of canine parvovirus transmission. In terms of diagnostic techniques, this study compared the advantages and disadvantages of traditional diagnostic methods and molecular biology diagnostic techniques, and developed a rapid diagnostic technique to achieve the rapid and accurate detection of canine parvovirus disease. In terms of comprehensive prevention and control strategies, this study optimized the vaccination strategy, improved the protective effect of vaccines, studied the effectiveness of environmental disinfection and isolation measures, and puts forward targeted prevention and control suggestions.
