家庭园艺中的植物选择与养护技巧研究
摘 要
家庭园艺作为一种日益流行的休闲活动，不仅美化了居住环境，还促进了居民的身心健康。然而，植物选择与养护技巧的科学性直接影响园艺效果和植物生长状况。本研究旨在探讨家庭园艺中适宜的植物种类及其养护方法，以提高园艺活动的成功率和可持续性。研究采用了文献综述、实地调查和实验验证相结合的方法。首先，通过文献综述梳理了国内外家庭园艺的相关理论和实践经验；其次，对北京市100个家庭进行了实地调查，收集了不同植物种类及其养护情况的数据；最后，设计了一系列实验，验证了不同养护技巧对植物生长的影响。结果显示，耐阴植物如蕨类和常春藤在室内环境中表现优异，而喜阳植物如月季和向日葵则更适合室外种植。此外，定期浇水、合理施肥和适当修剪是保证植物健康生长的关键因素。

STUDY ON PLANT SELECTION AND CONSERVATION TECHNIQUES IN HOME GARDENING
ABSTRACT
As an increasingly popular leisure activity, home gardening not only beautifies the living environment, but also promotes the physical and mental health of the residents. However, the scientific nature of plant selection and conservation skills directly affects the horticultural effect and plant growth status. The aim of this study was to explore suitable plant species and their conservation methods in home gardening to improve the success rate and sustainability of horticultural activities. The study used a combination of literature review, field investigation and experimental validation. Firstly, the theory and practical experiences of family gardening at home and abroad were summarized through literature review; secondly, a field survey on 100 families in Beijing to collect data of different plant species and their conservation; finally, a series of experiments were designed to verify the effects of different conservation techniques on plant growth. The results showed that shade-tolerant plants such as ferns and ivy performed well in indoor environments, while sunny plants such as Chinese rose and sunflower were more suitable for outdoor cultivation. In addition, regular watering, proper fertilization and proper pruning are the key factors to ensure the healthy growth of plants.
