园艺作物连作障碍的形成机制及缓解策略


摘  要

连作障碍是农业中影响作物产量和品质的问题,其成因复杂,包括土壤微生物失衡、养分耗竭和自毒物质积累。本研究通过田间和室内实验,分析了番茄、黄瓜等作物的生长和土壤变化。结果表明,连作增加了土壤病原菌,改变了有益微生物群落,导致土壤酸化和养分失衡。研究提出了结合生物炭改良土壤、接种高效菌剂和施用有机肥的缓解策略,有效改善了土壤环境和作物健康。该研究创新地结合了生物炭和微生物调控技术,为解决连作障碍提供了新方法,对理论和实际生产均有重要意义。

FORMATION MECHANISM AND MITIGATION STRATEGY OF CONTINUOUS CROPPING OBSTACLE IN HORTICULTURAL CROPS

ABSTRACT

Continuous cropping obstacles are problems that affect crop yield and quality in agriculture, with complex causes, including soil microbial imbalance, nutrient depletion and accumulation of self-toxic substances. In this study, we analyzed the growth and soil changes of tomato and cucumber through field and indoor experiments. The results showed that continuous cropping increased soil pathogens and changed the beneficial microbial community, leading to soil acidification and nutrient imbalance. We proposed mitigation strategies combining biochar to improve soil, vaccinate efficient and apply organic fertilizer, which effectively improved the soil environment and crop health. This research innovatively combines biochar and microbial regulation technology, and provides a new method to solve the continuous cropping obstacle, which is of great significance for both theoretical and practical production.
