摘要
随着全球建筑行业的蓬勃发展,工程项目的复杂性和规模不断扩大,工程分包作为项目管理的重要组成部分,其重要性日益凸显。然而,当前工程分包管理实践中普遍存在着管理体系不健全、合同执行不力、信息传递效率低下以及质量控制不严等混乱现象。这些问题不仅增加了工程项目的风险,还严重影响了项目的进度、成本和质量,制约了建筑行业的整体发展。因此,本文旨在研究工程分包管理混乱的问题,通过分析当前管理实践中存在的主要问题,如管理体系不完善、合同履行问题频发、信息沟通不畅以及质量控制缺失等,提出了一系列切实可行的对策。研究首先概述了工程分包管理的基本概念、原则和国内外研究现状,为后续分析奠定了基础。接着,从管理体系、合同履行、信息沟通和质量控制四个维度深入剖析了工程分包管理混乱的具体表现及其成因。针对这些问题,本文提出了完善管理体系、建立统一管理标准、加强合同管理、优化信息沟通流程以及强化质量控制机制等对策,以期为解决工程分包管理混乱问题提供理论支持和实践指导。本文的研究成果对于提升工程项目管理水平、促进建筑行业可持续发展具有重要参考价值。

Abstract
With the booming development of the global construction industry, the complexity and scale of engineering projects are constantly expanding, and the importance of engineering subcontracting as an important part of project management is becoming increasingly prominent. However, in the current project subcontracting management practice, there are many chaotic phenomena such as imperfect management system, ineffective contract execution, low efficiency of information transmission and lax quality control. These problems not only increase the risk of the project, but also seriously affect the progress, cost and quality of the project, and restrict the overall development of the construction industry. Therefore, this paper aims to study the problem of chaotic subcontracting management, analyze the main problems in the current management practice, such as imperfect management system, frequent contract performance problems, poor information communication and lack of quality control, and put forward a series of feasible countermeasures. The research first summarizes the basic concepts and principles of project subcontracting management and the research status at home and abroad, which lays a foundation for the subsequent analysis. Then, from the four dimensions of management system, contract performance, information communication and quality control, the specific manifestations of project subcontracting management chaos and its causes. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving the management system, establishing the unified management standards, strengthening the contract management, optimizing the information communication process and strengthening the quality control mechanism, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for solving the chaotic problem of engineering subcontracting management. The research results of this paper have important reference value for improving the project management level and promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry.
