摘 要
随着城市化进程的加快,住宅小区园林景观建设对于提升居住环境品质、改善居民生活质量具有重要意义。本研究围绕住宅小区园林景观施工与苗木的合理配置展开,旨在通过科学的方法提升园林景观的美观性、生态性和可持续性。首先,本文明确了园林景观施工与苗木配置的理论基础,包括施工的原则与流程、苗木配置的理论依据、选择标准与要求,以及配置方法与技巧。随后,通过对住宅小区园林景观施工与苗木配置现状的分析,揭示了当前实践中存在的问题,如施工质量不达标、苗木选择不合理、施工与配置脱节以及管理维护不到位等。针对这些问题,本文提出了一系列对策。在提升园林景观施工质量方面,建议加强施工质量管理、优化施工进度控制;在优化苗木配置方面,强调科学选择苗木种类、提高配置效果与观赏性;在加强施工与配置之间协调方面,提出强化沟通与协作机制、实现施工与配置的有机结合;在完善管理与维护机制方面,建议建立健全管理制度、加强后期维护与保养。本研究的结论不仅为住宅小区园林景观施工与苗木配置提供了理论指导,也为实际操作提供了可行的建议,有助于推动住宅小区园林景观建设的可持续发展,创造更加和谐、美丽的居住环境。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, the landscape construction of residential areas is of great significance to improve the quality of living environment and the living quality of residents. This study focuses on the landscape construction of the communities and the rational allocation of seedlings in residential areas, aiming to improve the beauty, ecology and sustainability of the landscape through scientific methods. First of all, this paper clarifies the theoretical basis of landscape construction and seedling configuration, including the principles and processes of construction, the theoretical basis of seedling configuration, selection standards and requirements, as well as the configuration methods and skills. Subsequently, through the analysis of the current situation of landscape construction and seedling configuration in residential areas, the problems in the current practice are revealed, such as the construction quality is not up to standard, the selection of seedlings is unreasonable, the construction and configuration, and the management and maintenance is not in place. This paper proposes a series of countermeasures for these problems. In improving the construction quality of landscape, it is suggested to strengthen the construction quality management and optimize the construction schedule control; in the optimization of seedling allocation, emphasize the scientific selection of seedling types, configuration effect and appreciation; to strengthen the communication and cooperation mechanism in the coordination between construction and configuration; and to establish the management system and strengthen the later maintenance and maintenance. The conclusion of this study not only provides theoretical guidance for the landscape construction and seedling configuration in residential areas, but also provides feasible suggestions for practical operation, helping to promote the sustainable development of landscape construction in residential areas and create a more harmonious and beautiful residential environment.
