摘 要
随着全球气候变化问题的日益严峻,低碳经济已成为世界各国经济发展的必然趋势。本文基于低碳经济的视角,探讨了企业战略管理面临的问题和转型升级的对策,以及转型升级的具体路径。本文分析了低碳经济的内涵与特征,以及企业战略管理的理论基础,指出了企业在低碳经济视角下战略管理面临的主要问题。针对上述问题,本文提出了企业战略管理转型升级的对策。在强化低碳意识与文化建设方面,建议提升高层管理者的低碳认知并加强员工低碳教育与参与;在加大低碳技术研发与创新力度方面,建议增加低碳技术研发投入并加强技术引进与消化吸收;在优化能源结构与提高利用效率方面,建议推动能源结构多元化并强化能源管理体系建设;在调整产品结构与满足市场需求方面,建议加大低碳产品开发力度并拓展低碳产品市场渠道。通过研究,为低碳经济时代企业战略管理的转型升级提供了理论指导和实践参考。

Abstract
With the increasingly severe problem of global climate change, low-carbon economy has become an inevitable trend of economic development of all countries in the world. Based on the perspective of low-carbon economy, this paper discusses the problems faced by enterprise strategic management and the countermeasures of transformation and upgrading, as well as the specific path of transformation and upgrading. This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of low-carbon economy, as well as the theoretical basis of strategic management of enterprises, and points out the main problems faced by strategic management of enterprises in the perspective of low-carbon economy. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the transformation and upgrading of enterprise strategic management. In terms of strengthening low-carbon awareness and cultural construction, it is suggested to enhance the low-carbon cognition of senior managers and strengthen the low-carbon education and participation of employees; In terms of increasing low-carbon technology research and development and innovation, it is suggested to increase the investment in low-carbon technology research and development and strengthen the introduction, digestion and absorption of technology; In terms of optimizing energy structure and improving utilization efficiency, it is suggested to promote the diversification of energy structure and strengthen the construction of energy management system. In terms of adjusting the product structure and meeting the market demand, it is suggested to increase the development of low-carbon products and expand the market channels of low-carbon products. Through the research, it provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the transformation and upgrading of enterprise strategic management in the era of low-carbon economy.
