摘  要:混龄教育通过打破传统按年龄分班的界限,将不同年龄段的幼儿置于同一教育环境中共同学习与生活,旨在为幼儿提供更加丰富、多元的学习体验和社会互动机会。这一教育模式不仅符合幼儿心理发展的自然规律,还有助于促进幼儿社会性、情感、认知等多方面的全面发展。本研究旨在探讨混龄教育在促进幼儿社会性发展中的作用。首先,通过文献综述明确混龄教育的定义、概念界定、理论基础以及实践模式与特点,为后续研究奠定理论基础。接着,分析幼儿社会性发展的含义、主要内容、重要性及影响因素,为探讨混龄教育的具体作用提供背景支持。在此基础上,本研究重点分析了混龄教育对幼儿认知发展、情感发展、行为发展等方面的促进作用,包括认知冲突与解决、观察学习与模仿、情感交流与共鸣、责任感与同理心、合作与分享行为、冲突解决与协商能力等具体方面。最后,综合评估混龄教育对幼儿社会性发展的综合效应,为教育实践提供科学依据和参考建议。

Abstract:Mixed age education breaks the traditional age based classroom boundaries and places children of different age groups in the same educational environment to learn and live together, aiming to provide children with richer and more diverse learning experiences and social interaction opportunities. This educational model not only conforms to the natural laws of young children's psychological development, but also helps promote their comprehensive development in social, emotional, cognitive, and other aspects. This study aims to explore the role of mixed age education in promoting the social development of young children. Firstly, through literature review, clarify the definition, conceptual definition, theoretical basis, practical mode and characteristics of mixed age education, laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent research. Next, analyze the meaning, main content, importance, and influencing factors of social development in young children, providing background support for exploring the specific role of mixed age education. On this basis, this study focuses on analyzing the promoting effects of mixed age education on cognitive development, emotional development, behavioral development, and other aspects of young children, including cognitive conflict resolution, observational learning and imitation, emotional communication and resonance, sense of responsibility and empathy, cooperative and sharing behavior, conflict resolution and negotiation abilities, and other specific aspects. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the comprehensive effects of mixed age education on the social development of young children, providing scientific basis and reference suggestions for educational practice.
