摘 要
本文综合探讨了农业生物技术在作物育种中的应用及其面临的挑战,并提出了相应的对策。文章首先概述了农业生物技术的基本概念,包括定义、分类、发展历程以及当前的研究现状。随后,详细介绍了基因工程、分子标记辅助选择、基因编辑技术和合成生物学等主要生物技术手段,这些技术为作物改良提供了强大的工具。在作物育种应用方面,本文重点讨论了抗病虫害育种、抗逆境育种、品质性状改良以及生育力与产量提升等关键领域。通过抗性基因的发掘与利用、分子设计抗性机制、耐旱和耐盐碱性状的改良、营养成分的生物强化以及光合作用效率的提高等策略,展示了生物技术在提升作物性能方面的巨大潜力。然而,农业生物技术在作物育种中的应用也面临诸多挑战,包括技术成本与资源限制、基因流动与生态风险、法律法规与知识产权保护以及公众接受度与社会影响等问题。针对这些挑战,本文提出了一系列对策,如优化生物技术研发的经济模式、加强生态风险评估、完善法律法规体系以及提升公众对生物技术的认识和接受度。

APPLICATION AND CHALLENGE OF AGRICULTURAL BIOTECHNOLOGY IN CROP BREEDING
ABSTRACT
This paper discusses the application of agricultural biotechnology in crop breeding and the challenges it faces, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper first summarizes the basic concepts of agricultural biotechnology, including definition, classification, development history and current research status. This is followed by a detailed introduction of major biotechnological approaches such as genetic engineering, molecular marker-assisted selection, gene editing techniques and synthetic biology, which provide powerful tools for crop improvement. In the application of crop breeding, this paper focuses on the key areas such as breeding for disease resistance and pest, breeding for resistance to stress, quality and character improvement, fertility and yield improvement. Strategies such as exploration and utilization of resistance genes, molecular design of resistance mechanisms, improvement of drought and saline-alkali tolerance traits, bioenhancement of nutrients, and improvement of photosynthetic efficiency have demonstrated the great potential of biotechnology in improving crop performance. However, the application of agricultural biotechnology in crop breeding also faces many challenges, including technical cost and resource constraints, gene flow and ecological risks, legal regulations and intellectual property protection, and public acceptance and social impact. In response to these challenges, this paper proposes a series of countermeasures, such as optimizing the economic model of biotechnology research and development, strengthening ecological risk assessment, improving the legal and regulatory system, and increasing public awareness and acceptance of biotechnology.
