小学生校园欺凌现象的成因与干预措施研究

摘    要
本文旨在探讨小学校园欺凌现象的成因及其对小学生成长的影响,并提出相应的干预策略。研究首先界定了校园欺凌的定义,并分析了其普遍性。接着,文章深入探讨了欺凌行为对小学生自尊心、学习动力和攻击性等方面的负面影响。通过成因分析,研究发现师资力量不均衡、教师培训不足、家庭教育缺失以及教育理念滞后是导致小学校园欺凌现象的主要因素。基于此,本文提出了均衡配置教师资源、完善教师培训体系、转变家庭教育方式和更新教育观念等干预策略,以期有效减少小学校园欺凌现象,促进学生的健康成长。本研究对于深入理解小学校园欺凌问题,制定针对性的干预措施具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the causes of bullying in primary schools and its impact on the growth of primary school students, and to propose corresponding intervention strategies. The study first defined the definition of school bullying and analyzed its generalizability. Next, the article explores the negative effects of bullying on pupils' self-esteem, learning motivation and aggression. Through the cause analysis, the study found that the imbalance of teachers, insufficient teacher training, lack of family education and lagging educational concept are the main factors in the phenomenon leading to bullying in primary schools. Based on this, this paper puts forward the intervention strategies such as balanced allocation of teacher resources, improving the teacher training system, changing the family education mode and updating the educational concept, in order to effectively reduce the phenomenon of bullying in primary schools and promote the healthy growth of students. This study has important theoretical and practical implications for deep understanding of bullying in primary schools and developing targeted interventions.
