摘 要
本文旨在探讨小学生体育活动参与度低的问题及其对策。首先概述了体育活动的定义、特点及当前小学生参与体育活动的情况,随后分析了体育活动对小学生身心发展的重要性,包括发展社交能力、提升身体素质及促进心理健康等方面。针对小学生体育活动参与度低的现象,深入剖析了其原因,主要包括课程内容单调乏味、缺乏创新、学生自我认知偏差及家庭资源限制等。在此基础上,本文提出了提升小学生体育活动参与度的对策,如丰富课程内容、创新教学方法、开展心理辅导以及促进社区资源共享等。通过这些对策的实施,期望能够有效激发小学生的体育兴趣,提高其参与度,进而促进小学生的全面发展。本研究对于改善小学生体育活动参与状况、提升体育教学质量具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the problem of low participation in sports activities and its countermeasures. Firstly, the definition and characteristics of physical activities and the current situation of primary school students participating in physical activities are summarized, and then we analyze the importance of physical activities for their physical and mental development, including the development of social skills, improving physical quality and promoting mental health. In view of the phenomenon of low participation in primary school students in sports activities, the reasons are deeply analyzed, including the monotonous curriculum content, lack of innovation, students' self-cognition deviation and family resources restrictions. On this basis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the participation of primary school students in sports activities, such as enriching the curriculum content, innovating teaching methods, carrying out psychological counseling and promoting the sharing of community resources. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, it is expected to effectively stimulate the sports interest of primary school students, improve their participation, and then promote the comprehensive development of primary school students. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the participation and the quality of PE education.
