摘 要
本文围绕小学生心理健康教育展开研究,首先概述了心理健康教育的定义、特点及目标,明确了其在小学生成长过程中的重要性。接着,探讨了心理健康对小学生全面发展的积极影响,包括促进情绪管理能力的发展、增强自信心和自尊心以及树立正确的学习态度。随后,分析了当前小学生心理健康教育缺失的主要原因,如教育内容单一、应试教育导向、专业师资短缺以及家校合作不紧密等。针对这些问题,本文提出了优化小学生心理健康教育的对策,包括拓展教育内容、倡导素质教育、引进专业人才以及建立家校沟通机制。通过本研究,旨在为改善小学生心理健康教育现状提供理论依据和实践指导,促进小学生的健康成长与全面发展,为构建更加完善的心理健康教育体系贡献力量。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the mental health education of primary school students, first summarizes the definition, characteristics and goals of mental health education, and clarifies its importance in the growth process of primary school students. Then, the positive impact of mental health on the overall development of primary school students is discussed, including promoting the development of emotional management ability, enhancing self-confidence and self-esteem, and establishing a correct learning attitude. Subsequently, the main reasons for the lack of mental health education for primary school students are analyzed, such as the single educational content, the orientation of exam-oriented education, the shortage of professional teachers and the lack of close home-school cooperation. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the mental health education of primary school students, including expanding the education content, advocating quality-oriented education, introducing professional talents and establishing the home-school communication mechanism. Through this study, it aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the current situation of mental health education for primary school students, promote the healthy growth and comprehensive development of primary school students, and contribute to the construction of a more perfect mental health education system.
