摘 要
企业文化是现代组织成功的重要因素之一,对组织绩效产生着深远的影响。本文将探讨企业文化建设对组织绩效的影响及对策。首先介绍了企业文化建设和组织绩效的相关概念和理论,接着分析了狭隘的企业文化、文化差异和印刷错误的企业文化对组织绩效的影响。最后,本文提供了相应的对策,如提高员工参与度和参与感知、加强企业文化建设的科学性和身份感以及实现企业文化的动态更新和适应性。

Abstract
Corporate culture is one of the important factors for modern organizational success and has a profound impact on organizational performance. This paper explores the impact of corporate culture construction on organizational performance and corresponding strategies. Firstly, the relevant concepts and theories of corporate culture construction and organizational performance are introduced. Then, the paper analyzes the impact of narrow corporate culture, cultural differences, and misprinted corporate culture on organizational performance. Finally, strategies such as improving employee participation and perception, strengthening the scientific nature and identity of corporate culture construction, and realizing dynamic updates and adaptability of corporate culture are provided in this paper.
