摘 要
在全球经济一体化和激烈市场竞争的背景下,中小企业面临巨大挑战。为了生存和发展,它们需要有效的激励机制来吸引和留住人才,提升竞争力。股权激励能将员工利益与企业长期发展相结合,激发员工积极性和创造力,促进可持续发展。但中小企业在实施股权激励时,会遇到设计不合理、法律制约、管理问题和文化认知偏差等挑战。本文探讨这些问题及解决对策,分析了股权激励在中小企业中的实施难题,并提出完善机制设计、明确激励对象和条件、合理设定激励力度、加强法律法规建设与执行、优化内部管理结构、培养积极企业文化和提高员工认知等对策。通过这些对策,中小企业能更有效地实施股权激励,推动企业持续健康发展。

Abstract
In the background of global economic integration and fierce market competition, smes are facing great challenges. In order to survive and develop, they need effective incentive mechanisms to attract and retain talents and enhance their competitiveness. Equity incentive can combine the interests of employees with the long-term development of the enterprise, stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, and promote the sustainable development. However, smes will encounter challenges such as unreasonable design, legal restriction, management problems and cultural cognitive deviation when implementing equity incentive. This paper discusses these problems and countermeasures, analyzes the implementation of equity incentive in small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward the perfect mechanism design, clear incentive ob ject and conditions, reasonable setting incentives, strengthen the construction of laws and regulations and execution, optimize the internal management structure, cultivate positive corporate culture and improve staff cognitive countermeasures. Through these countermeasures, smes can more effectively implement equity incentive and promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
