Abstract
Under the macro background of the new normal economy, the strategic management of enterprises is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This study deeply analyzes the current situation of enterprise strategic management under the new normal of economy, and points out the main problems it faces, such as the lag of strategic planning, the inefficiency of strategic execution, the lack of strategic innovation and the lack of strategic synergy. Therefore, it is particularly important to discuss the innovative countermeasures of enterprise strategic management under the new normal of economy. This study proposes to enhance the foresight and flexibility of strategic planning, strengthen the efficiency and effect of strategic execution, promote the deepening and expansion of strategic innovation, and strengthen the integration and optimization of strategic synergy. The implementation of these countermeasures will help enterprises realize the innovative development of strategic management under the new normal of economy, and enhance the competitiveness and adaptability of enterprises.
