Changes in corporate culture have a significant impact on employee behavior. The main factors influencing employee behavior during corporate culture changes are lack of transparency, cultural conflicts, stress, and uncertainty. To address these impacts, strategies such as transparent communication, training and support, and value alignment are recommended. Transparent communication allows management to increase employees' trust and engagement, reducing confusion and anxiety. Providing appropriate training and resources helps employees adapt to the new corporate culture and increases their confidence and motivation. When dealing with cultural conflicts, actively seeking alignment and finding common ground is an effective strategy. If conflicts cannot be resolved, companies should respect employees' choices and provide opportunities to leave to avoid further negative impacts.
