猪传染性胃肠炎的预防及治疗措施

摘  要

猪传染性胃肠炎作为一种高度接触性传染病,在全球范围内广泛存在,对养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。近年来,尽管在疫苗研发和药物治疗方面取得了一定进展,但疫病的频繁暴发仍严重威胁着猪群的健康和养猪业的可持续发展。本研究针对猪传染性胃肠炎的病原学与流行病学特征进行了系统分析,明确了病原体的种类、特性、传播途径及存活条件,揭示了该病的季节性发病规律、易感动物群体及疫情传播速度与范围。在此基础上,本研究强调了猪传染性胃肠炎预防的重要性,从对猪群健康、养猪业经济效益及公共卫生安全的贡献三个方面进行了阐述。随后,本研究提出了一系列具体的预防措施,包括饲养管理与环境控制、生物安全体系建设、免疫接种与监测以及应急准备与响应等方面。同时,针对已发病例,本研究还探讨了药物治疗、液体疗法与支持性治疗、免疫调节与辅助治疗以及隔离与康复管理等治疗措施。

PREVENTION AND TREATMENT MEASURES OF INFECTIOUS GASTROENTERITIS IN PIGS

ABSTRACT

Porcine infectious gastroenteritis, as a highly contact infectious disease, is widespread worldwide and causes great economic losses to the pig industry. In recent years, despite some progress in vaccine development and drug treatment, the frequent epidemic outbreaks still seriously threaten the health of pigs and the sustainable development of the pig industry. In this study, the etiology and epidemiological characteristics of swine infectious gastroenteritis were systematically analyzed, and the types, characteristics, transmission routes and survival conditions of the pathogen were defined, revealing the seasonal incidence of the disease, the susceptible animal group and the transmission speed and scope of the epidemic. On this basis, this study highlights the importance of infectious gastroenteritis prevention in pigs, from three aspects: the contribution to pig herd health, economic benefits of pig industry and public health safety. Subsequently, this study proposed a series of specific preventive measures, including feeding management and environmental control, biosafety system construction, immunization and monitoring, and emergency preparedness and response. At the same time, for the existing cases, this study also explored drug therapy, liquid therapy and supportive therapy, immune regulation and adjuvant therapy, and isolation and rehabilitation management.
