This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of market expansion under the internationalization strategy of enterprises, and reveals the practice mode, effect and future trend of international enterprises in the process of market expansion through case study and practical observation. Aiming at the main problems faced by enterprises in the process of international market expansion, such as cultural differences, legal and regulatory differences, market positioning and brand strategy problems, resource integration and risk management deficiencies, this paper puts forward a series of targeted countermeasures.
