摘 要
随着全球化进程的加速,企业跨国经营日益普遍,跨文化团队合作成为企业成功的关键因素之一。本文首先概述了跨文化管理的理论基础,包括理论框架、沟通与合作原则、冲突管理及跨文化领导力等核心要素。系统分析了文化差异对团队沟通、决策及冲突管理等方面的具体影响,揭示了跨文化团队合作中面临的信任与沟通障碍、价值观冲突、领导力挑战及组织支持不足等核心问题。针对上述问题,本文提出了多项提升跨文化管理下团队合作效能的对策。通过建立有效的跨文化沟通机制、增进文化理解与信任、培养跨文化领导力与团队动力,以及加强组织支持与资源投入等措施,旨在构建更加和谐、高效的跨文化团队环境。强调提升跨文化沟通能力、推广文化敏感性与包容性、建立信任与激励机制、提升跨文化领导力素质及激发团队创造力等具体策略,为企业在全球化背景下实现可持续发展提供了重要参考。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the process of globalization, transnational operation of enterprises is becoming more and more common, and cross-cultural teamwork has become one of the key factors for the success of enterprises. This paper first summarizes the theoretical basis of cross-cultural management, including the theoretical fr amework, communication and cooperation principles, conflict management and cross-cultural leadership and other core elements. This paper systematically analyzes the specific impact of cultural differences on team communication, decision making and conflict management, and reveals the core problems in cross-cultural team cooperation, such as trust and communication barriers, value conflict, leadership challenges and insufficient organizational support. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward a number of countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of team cooperation under cross-cultural management. The aim is to build a more harmonious and efficient cross-cultural team environment by establishing an effective cross-cultural communication mechanism, enhancing cultural understanding and trust, cultivating cross-cultural leadership and team motivation, and strengthening organizational support and resource investment. It emphasizes specific strategies such as improving cross-cultural communication ability, promoting cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness, building trust and incentive mechanism, improving cross-cultural leadership quality and stimulating team creativity, which provide important references for enterprises to achieve sustainable development in the context of globalization.
