本文深入探讨了基因编辑技术,包括其发展历程、工作原理,特别是CRISPR-Cas9系统。这项技术通过精确的基因定位和DNA修复,实现了遗传密码的定制化修改,对农业遗传改良具有重要意义。在油菜籽品质提升方面,基因编辑技术显示了巨大潜力,提高了油分含量、优化了品质特性,并增强了抗病虫害能力,同时减少了有害物质。它还促进了油菜新品种的选育和产业化。尽管面临技术精准度、操作复杂性、食品安全、监管滞后和成本高昂等挑战,本文提出了加强培训、多点编辑技术、标准化流程等策略,并建议加强安全性评估、完善法规和争取政府资金,以确保技术的安全、高效和可持续发展。

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE APPLICATION OF GENE EDITING TECHNOLOGY IN RAPESEED QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
ABSTRACT
This paper explores gene editing technology, including its development, working principle, especially the CRISPR-Cas 9 system. This technique enables a customized modification of the genetic code through precise genetic mapping and DNA repair, which has important implications for agricultural genetic improvement. In terms of rapeseed quality improvement, gene editing technology shows great potential, improving oil content, optimizing quality characteristics, and enhancing the ability to resist pests and diseases, while reducing harmful substances. It also promotes the breeding and industrialization of new rapeseed varieties. Despite the technical precision, operation complexity, food safety, regulatory lag and costly challenges, this paper puts forward to strengthen training, multi-point editing technology, standardized process strategy, and suggested to strengthen the safety assessment, perfect laws and regulations and government funds, to ensure the safe, efficient and sustainable development of technology.
