摘  要

在现代社会,良好的人际关系对心理健康和社会适应至关重要。本文探讨了情绪智力理论及其在人际关系中的作用和提升策略。首先,概述了情绪智力的定义、特征和发展,强调其在教育和工作中的应用。接着,分析了情绪智力与人际关系的联系,指出情绪认知促进理解,情绪调节优化互动,同理心助力关系建立,情绪智力在冲突解决中起关键作用。文章还阐述了情绪智力影响人际关系的内在机制,包括情绪理解促进沟通、情绪调节在冲突管理中的应用,以及情绪表达增强亲和力。探讨了情绪识别、非言语情绪理解、情绪共鸣对人际信任的贡献,以及情绪自我调节、共情调节、情绪表达策略在冲突避免、缓和与解决中的作用,揭示了情绪智力在维护和谐人际关系中的核心地位。最后,提出了提升情绪智力的策略,包括识别和接纳个人情绪、提升情绪调控技巧、加强有效沟通与情感传达、增强理解和共情能力,以及有效应对人际关系中的挑战和压力。这些策略旨在帮助个体更好地运用情绪智力,建立更健康、和谐的人际关系网络。本文的研究不仅丰富了情绪智力与人际关系的理论探讨,也为个人发展和社会交往提供了实践指导。

Abstract:In modern society, good relationships are essential for mental health and social adjustment. This paper discusses the theory of emotional intelligence, its role in interpersonal relationship and its promotion strategies. First, it Outlines the definition, characteristics and development of emotional intelligence, emphasizing its application in education and work. Then, it analyzes the relationship between emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship, and points out that emotional cognition promotes understanding, emotional regulation optimizes interaction, empathy helps relationship establishment, and emotional intelligence plays a key role in conflict resolution. The paper also discusses the internal mechanism of emotional intelligence affecting interpersonal relationship, including the application of emotional understanding to promote communication, emotional regulation in conflict management, and emotional ex pression to enhance affinity. This paper discusses the contribution of emotion recognition, non-verbal emotion understanding and emotion resonance to interpersonal trust, and the role of emotion self-regulation, empathy regulation and emotion ex pression strategies in conflict avoidance, mitigation and resolution, revealing the core position of emotional intelligence in maintaining harmonious interpersonal relationships. Finally, strategies to enhance emotional intelligence are proposed, including recognizing and accepting personal emotions, improving emotional regulation skills, strengthening effective communication and emotional transmission, enhancing understanding and empathy, and effectively coping with challenges and pressures in interpersonal relationships. These strategies are designed to help individuals better use emotional intelligence and build healthier and more harmonious interpersonal networks. This study not only enrichis the theoretical discussion of emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship, but also provides practical guidance for personal development and social communication.
