摘 要
在当今网络时代,社交媒体已成为青少年生活的一个重要组成部分,对青少年的心理发展尤其是自尊心形成产生了深远的影响。在探讨社交媒体与青少年自尊心关系时,文章从正反两面进行了详细分析。正面影响方面,社交媒体增强了青少年的社交技能与人际交往能力,为他们提供了自我表达与身份探索的广阔平台,促进了多元文化理解与全球意识的提升。然而,不可忽视的是,社交媒体也带来了诸多负面影响,包括虚假展示诱发的虚荣心理、比较心理加剧的自卑情绪,以及网络欺凌对青少年自尊心的严重损害。针对上述问题,本文提出了对社交媒体平台的监管与优化建议。建议建立严格的青少年内容审核机制,采用人工智能与人工审核相结合的方式,确保青少年接触到的内容健康向上。同时,设立健康网络环境的引导与教育功能,通过设计针对性课程与开展合作教育活动,提升青少年的网络素养与自尊心。此外,还主张在社交媒体平台中引入自尊心教育内容,结合平台特点制定具体策略,以及建立快速响应的网络欺凌举报和处理机制,为青少年营造一个更加安全、健康的网络环境。

Abstract:In today's Internet age, social media has become an important part of young people's lives, which has a profound impact on their psychological development, especially the formation of self-esteem. When discussing the relationship between social media and adolescent self-esteem, this paper makes a detailed analysis from both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, social media enhances teenagers' social skills and interpersonal skills, provides them with a broad platform for self-ex pression and identity exploration, and promotes multicultural understanding and global awareness. However, it should not be ignored that social media has also brought many negative effects, including vanity induced by false display, inferiority aggravated by comparison psychology, and cyberbullying has seriously damaged the self-esteem of teenagers. In response to the above problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the supervision and optimization of social media platforms. It is suggested to establish a strict youth content review mechanism, and adopt a combination of artificial intelligence and manual review to ensure that the content that young people are exposed to is healthy and upward. At the same time, the guidance and education function of healthy network environment is set up, and the network literacy and self-esteem of teenagers are improved by designing targeted courses and carrying out cooperative education activities. In addition, it also advocates the introduction of self-esteem education content in social media platforms, the development of specific strategies based on the characteristics of platforms, and the establishment of a rapid response to cyberbullying reporting and handling mechanism, so as to create a safer and healthier online environment for teenagers.
