摘 要
随着全球化和技术革新的加速,职业转变已成为现代社会的一个普遍现象。在这种背景下,自我效能感作为个体应对职业转变的重要心理资源,受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。本研究旨在深入探讨自我效能感在个体应对职业转变过程中的作用,以及如何通过提升自我效能感来促进职业转变的成功。通过对国内外研究现状的回顾,我们发现虽然已有研究涉及自我效能感与职业转变的关系,但仍存在一些不足,如缺乏对自我效能感定向性特征的深入分析等。因此,本研究的目的是填补这一研究空白,为个体和组织提供更有效的职业转变支持策略。研究方法采用文献调查法,系统地搜集、整理和分析国内外关于自我效能感及其在职业转变中作用的相关文献资料。通过对文献的深入分析,我们揭示了自我效能感在职业转变中的多维作用机制,包括影响个体的职业转变态度、行为和适应性等方面。研究结论表明,自我效能感对职业转变的态度、行为和适应性具有显著影响。具体而言,高自我效能感的个体在面对职业转变时更加自信,能够更好地适应新环境,并取得更好的职业发展。基于这些发现,我们提出了加强自我效能感在职业转变中作用的建议,以帮助个体更好地应对职业转变带来的挑战。

Abstract:With the acceleration of globalization and technological innovation, career transformation has become a common phenomenon in modern society. In this context, self-efficacy, as an important psychological resource for individuals to cope with career changes, has received widespread attention from scholars both domestically and internationally. This study aims to explore in depth the role of self-efficacy in individuals coping with career change, and how to promote successful career change by enhancing self-efficacy. Through a review of the current research status at home and abroad, we found that although there have been studies on the relationship between self-efficacy and career change, there are still some shortcomings, such as a lack of in-depth analysis of the directional characteristics of self-efficacy. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to fill this research gap and provide more effective career transition support strategies for individuals and organizations. Through in-depth analysis of literature, we have revealed the multidimensional mechanisms by which self-efficacy plays a role in career change, including influencing individuals' attitudes, behaviors, and adaptability towards career change. The research findings indicate that self-efficacy has a significant impact on attitudes, behaviors, and adaptability towards career change. Specifically, individuals with high self-efficacy are more confident in facing career changes, able to better adapt to new environments, and achieve better career development. Based on these findings, we propose suggestions to strengthen the role of self-efficacy in career change, in order to help individuals better cope with the challenges brought about by career change.
