本文旨在全面探讨野生动物寄生虫病的定义、分类、流行特点以及综合防治技术。分析了寄生虫病在野生动物中的流行特点,聚焦于动物寄生虫病的诊断技术,旨在提供一套科学、准确的诊断方法体系。介绍临床诊断技术,即通过观察动物的临床症状、体征进行初步诊断的方法。阐述实验室诊断技术,包括病原学检查、免疫学诊断和分子生物学诊断技术。病原学检查通过直接观察或培养寄生虫来确诊,免疫学诊断则利用抗体或抗原的检测来判断感染情况,而分子生物学诊断技术则利用PCR、基因测序等先进技术,为寄生虫病的精准诊断提供了有力支持,探讨动物寄生虫病的综合防治技术。

RESEARCH ON THE COMPREHENSIVE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY OF ANIMAL PARASITIC DISEASES
ABSTRACT
This paper aims to comprehensively explore the definition, classification, epidemic characteristics and comprehensive control techniques of wildlife parasitic diseases. We analyzed the prevalence characteristics of parasitic diseases in wildlife, focusing on the diagnostic techniques of animal parasitic diseases, aiming to provide a scientific and accurate system of diagnostic methods. Clinical diagnostic techniques are introduced, that is, by observing the clinical symptoms and signs of animals. Explain the laboratory diagnostic techniques, including etiological examination, immunological diagnosis, and molecular biology diagnostic techniques. Pathology examination through direct observation or culture parasites, immunology diagnosis using antibody or antigen detection to determine the infection, and molecular biology diagnosis technology using PCR, gene sequencing and other advanced technology, for accurate diagnosis of parasitic disease provides strong support, discusses the comprehensive control of animal parasitic diseases.
