摘 要
随着肿瘤发病率的不断上升,寻找高效、低毒的抗肿瘤药物已成为全球医学研究的热点。传统抗肿瘤药物在治疗过程中常伴随严重的副作用和耐药性问题,限制了其临床应用。因此,从天然资源中筛选具有抗肿瘤活性的化合物成为了一种重要途径。大黄素,作为一种从传统中药大黄等植物中提取的天然蒽醌类化合物,近年来因其显著的抗肿瘤活性而受到广泛关注。本研究旨在深入探讨大黄素在抗肿瘤治疗中的潜力及其作用机制,为新型抗肿瘤药物的研发提供理论依据和实验基础。本研究综述了大黄素在抗肿瘤治疗中的最新研究进展,包括其基本性质、药理作用以及在抗肿瘤治疗中的多途径作用机制。大黄素通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制细胞迁移和侵袭、抑制肿瘤血管生成等多种方式发挥抗肿瘤作用。此外,大黄素还能调节肿瘤微环境中的免疫反应,增强抗肿瘤免疫效应。本研究还比较了大黄素与传统抗肿瘤药物的差异,并探讨了其在个性化医疗和耐药肿瘤治疗中的潜在应用。本研究不仅丰富了大黄素抗肿瘤作用机制的理论体系,也为未来抗肿瘤药物的研发提供了新的思路。

Abstract
With the increasing incidence of tumors, the search for highly efficient and low-toxicity anti-tumor drugs has become a hot topic of global medical research. Traditional anti-tumor drugs are often accompanied by serious side effects and drug resistance problems during treatment, which limits their clinical application. Therefore, the screening of compounds with antitumor activity from natural resources becomes an important approach.emodin, as a natural anthraquinone compound derived from traditional Chinese medicine plants such as rhubarb, has received much attention recently for its remarkable antitumor activity. This study aims to explore the potential and mechanism of emodin in anti-tumor therapy, and provide theoretical and experimental basis for the development of new anti-tumor drugs. This study reviews the latest development of emodin in anti-tumor therapy, including its basic properties, pharmacological effects, and multipathway mechanisms of action in antitumor therapy. Emodin exerts its anti-tumor effects, including inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, inducing cell apoptosis, inhibiting cell migration and invasion, and inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. In addition, emodin can also modulate the immune response in the tumor microenvironment and enhance the anti-tumor immune effects. This study also compared emodin with traditional antitumor drugs and explored its potential use in personalized medicine and drug-resistant tumor therapy. This study not only enriches the theoretical system of the action mechanism of emodin, but also provides new ideas for the future development of antitumor drugs.
