战略联盟对企业全要素生产率的影响研究 -工商管理专业

摘要

本文深入探讨了战略联盟对企业全要素生产率（TFP）的影响机制及其在实施过程中面临的挑战，旨在为企业通过战略联盟提升生产效率提供理论依据与实践指导。文章首先构建了战略联盟与全要素生产率的理论基础，分析了二者之间的关联性。战略联盟不仅有助于企业实现资源的有效整合与优化配置，还能促进技术创新与合作研发，从而显著提升企业全要素生产率。然而，在战略联盟实施过程中，企业也面临着资源整合协同、文化差异融合、技术转移与知识共享、市场竞争与战略协同等多重挑战。针对这些挑战，本文提出了相应的策略建议，包括加强资源整合与协同、推动文化差异融合与管理、促进技术转移与知识共享、加强市场竞争与战略协同等，以期为企业通过战略联盟有效提升全要素生产率提供有益参考。

Abstract

This paper probes into the influence mechanism of strategic alliance on total factor productivity (TFP) and the challenges it faces in the implementation process, aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to improve production efficiency through strategic alliance. This paper first establishes the theoretical basis of strategic alliance and total factor productivity, and analyzes the correlation between them. Strategic alliance can not only help enterprises realize effective integration and optimal allocation of resources, but also promote technological innovation and cooperative research and development, thus significantly improving the total factor productivity of enterprises. However, in the process of implementing strategic alliance, enterprises are also faced with multiple challenges such as resource integration and coordination, cultural difference integration, technology transfer and knowledge sharing, market competition and strategic coordination. In response to these challenges, this paper puts forward corresponding strategic suggestions, including strengthening resource integration and collaboration, promoting cultural differences integration and management, promoting technology transfer and knowledge sharing, strengthening market competition and strategic collaboration, etc., in order to provide useful references for enterprises to effectively improve total factor productivity through strategic alliances.
