摘 要
本文聚焦于基于变转速工况下的旋转机械故障诊断研究,深入探讨了在该复杂工况下旋转机械故障的类型、特征及其对性能的影响,并着重分析了变转速条件下故障特征的动态变化。文章系统分类了旋转机械在变转速工况下可能遇到的各类故障,并详细阐述了这些故障的特征表现及其对机械性能的直接影响。针对变转速工况的特殊性,本文详细探讨了故障诊断中的关键技术,包括振动信号处理技术、噪声信号处理技术、转速监测与处理技术,以及故障诊断模型与算法,如神经网络模型和支持向量机算法的应用。然而,研究也指出了在变转速工况下进行旋转机械故障诊断所面临的挑战,包括故障特征的不确定性、诊断技术的复杂性、实时性要求高以及噪声干扰与信号失真等问题。针对这些挑战,本文提出了相应的建议,包括发展先进的信号处理技术、综合多源信息进行诊断、引入人工智能技术以提高诊断准确性和效率,以及加强噪声抑制与信号增强技术以提高信号质量。最后,本文总结了基于变转速工况下的旋转机械故障诊断研究的重要性与实际应用价值,为相关领域的研究与工程实践提供了参考。

RESEARCH ON FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF ROTATING MACHINERY UNDER VARIABLE SPEED CONDITIONS
ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the research of rotating machinery fault diagnosis based on variable speed conditions, and deeply discusses the types and characteristics of rotating machinery faults and their effects on performance under the complex conditions, and emphatically analyzes the dynamic change of fault characteristics under variable speed conditions. This paper systematically classifies all kinds of faults that rotating machinery may encounter under variable speed conditions, and elaborates the characteristics of these faults and their direct effects on mechanical properties. According to the particularity of variable speed condition, this paper discusses the key technology of fault diagnosis in detail, including vibration signal processing technology, noise signal processing technology, speed monitoring and processing technology, and fault diagnosis model and algorithm, such as neural network model and support vector machine algorithm. However, the research also points out the challenges of rotating machinery fault diagnosis under variable speed conditions, including the uncertainty of fault characteristics, the complexity of diagnostic techniques, high real-time requirements, noise interference and signal distortion. In response to these challenges, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions, including developing advanced signal processing technology, integrating multi-source information for diagnosis, introducing artificial intelligence technology to improve diagnostic accuracy and efficiency, and strengthening noise suppression and signal enhancement technology to improve signal quality. Finally, this paper summarizes the importance and practical application value of the research on rotating machinery fault diagnosis based on variable speed conditions, and provides a reference for the research and engineering practice in related fields.
