摘 要
本文概述了企业员工培训的定义、特点、类型及其效果评估方法,深入分析了企业员工培训效果不理想的原因,主要包括培训内容缺乏针对性、培训方法单一、师资力量薄弱以及培训效果跟踪缺失等。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的提升对策,如深入了解员工需求以定制培训内容,采用线上与线下相结合的多元化培训方式,加强培训师资的选拔与培养,并建立完善的培训效果评估体系。这些对策旨在优化企业员工培训体系,提升培训效果,进而促进员工个人成长和企业整体竞争力的提升。本研究对于企业优化培训资源分配、提高培训投资回报率具有实践指导意义。

Abstract
This paper summarizes the definition, characteristics, type and effect evaluation method of enterprise employee training, and deeply analyzes the reasons for the unsatisfactory effect of enterprise employee training, mainly including the lack of targeted training content, single training method, weak teachers and the lack of tracking of training effect. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, such as in-depth understanding of the needs of employees to customize the training content, the use of diversified training methods combining online and offline, strengthen the selection and training of training teachers, and establish a perfect training effect evaluation system. These countermeasures aim to optimize the employee training system, improve the training effect, and then promote the personal growth of employees and the overall competitiveness of the enterprise. This study has practical guiding significance for enterprises to optimize training resource allocation and improve training return on investment.
