摘 要
本文概述了企业并购的定义、主要类型及当前并购市场的特点,并分析了并购对企业规模、经营效率和组织结构的影响。重点探讨了企业并购中人力资源整合面临的问题,包括严重的人员流失、员工工作效率下降、文化融合缺失以及中层管理者沟通不畅等。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的风险应对策略,包括加强员工沟通与关怀、优化员工工作流程、制定文化融合计划以及明确管理者沟通职责。这些策略旨在降低并购过程中的人力资源整合风险,提升并购成功率,为企业并购后的稳定发展提供有力保障。本研究对于企业并购实践具有一定的指导意义和应用价值。

Abstract
This paper summarizes the definition, main types and characteristics of the current M & A market, and analyzes the impact of M & A on enterprise scale, operating efficiency and organizational structure. This paper focuses on the problems faced by human resource integration in mergers and acquisitions, including serious personnel loss, staff work efficiency decline, lack of cultural integration and poor communication between middle managers. To address these problems, this paper proposes corresponding risk response strategies, including strengthening employee communication and care, optimizing employee workflow, making cultural integration plans, and clarifying manager communication responsibilities. These strategies aim to reduce the risk of human resource integration in the process of merger and acquisition, improve the success rate of merger and acquisition, and provide a strong guarantee for the stable development of enterprises after merger and acquisition. This study has certain guiding significance and application value for enterprise merger practice.
