家蚕核型多角体病的病因分析与防控措施研究
摘 要
本文综述了家蚕核型多角体病的研究进展，包括家蚕疾病的定义、分类及特点，重点探讨了该病的病原学特性及病因分析。研究指出，家蚕核型多角体病由特定病毒引起，病毒具有独特的结构与性质，并通过遗传与变异影响病害的传播与危害。病因方面，饲养管理不善、宿主抗性不足及病毒感染是导致该病发生的主要因素。为有效防控家蚕核型多角体病，本文提出了定期清洁蚕室、选育抗病品种及严格消毒等关键措施。本研究不仅为家蚕疾病的防控提供了科学依据，也为蚕业生产的可持续发展奠定了理论基础，对保障蚕业健康稳定发展具有重要意义。

STUDY ON THE ETIOLOGY AND CONTROL MEASURES OF SILKWORM POLYHETOSIS
ABSTRACT
This paper summarizes the progress of karyotype polytomy disease, including the definition, classification and characteristics of silkworm disease, and focuses on the etiology characteristics and etiology analysis of the disease. The study points out that silkworm karyotype polygosis is caused by a specific virus, which has a unique structure and nature, and affects the transmission and harm of the disease through heredity and mutation. In terms of etiology, poor feeding management, insufficient host resistance and viral infection are the main factors leading to the occurrence of the disease. In order to effectively prevent and control silkworm polygonosis, this paper puts forward key measures such as regularly cleaning silkworm room, breeding disease-resistant varieties and strict disinfection. This study not only provides a scientific basis for the prevention and control of silkworm diseases, but also lays a theoretical foundation for the sustainable development of sericulture production, which is of great significance to ensure the healthy and stable development of sericulture.
