Abstract
Labor dispatch, as a flexible employment form, has been widely used in our country in recent years, but a series of legal problems have also arisen. This paper deeply discusses the legal problems involved in the process of labor dispatch, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper sorts out the legal attributes and relevant legal provisions of labor dispatch, and clarifies the legality and normative requirements of labor dispatch. On this basis, the paper analyzes the outstanding problems in the practice of labor dispatch, such as the unclear division of responsibility between the dispatching unit and the employing unit, and the insufficient protection of the rights and interests of the dispatched workers.
