摘 要
随着全球经济一体化和市场竞争的日益激烈,企业核心竞争力已成为决定其生存与发展的关键因素。在当前复杂多变的市场环境下,许多企业面临技术创新滞后、市场份额下滑、内部管理效率低下以及人力资源开发不足等多重挑战。因此,如何有效提升企业核心竞争力,已成为业界和学术界共同关注的焦点。本研究以“企业核心竞争力提升策略”为核心,针对当前企业面临的技术创新、市场竞争、内部管理和人力资源等挑战,提出了相应的提升策略。通过对企业核心竞争力定义、特点以及提升面临的挑战进行深入分析,本研究旨在为企业制定有效的核心竞争力提升方案提供参考。

Abstract
With the increasingly fierce global economic integration and market competition, the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the key factor to determine their survival and development. In the current complex and changeable market environment, many enterprises are faced with multiple challenges such as lagging technological innovation, declining market share, low internal management efficiency and insufficient human resources development. Therefore, how to effectively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the focus of the industry and academia. This study takes the "enterprise core competitiveness promotion strategy" as the core, and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy for the current challenges of technological innovation, market competition, internal management and human resources. Through the in-depth analysis of the definition, characteristics and challenges of the core competitiveness, this study aims to provide reference for enterprises to develop effective core competitiveness promotion programs.
