摘 要
随着社会经济的快速发展和人们法律意识的提高，民事侵权纠纷日益增多，侵权责任法律适用问题逐渐凸显其重要性。在全球化背景下，不同法律体系之间的冲突与融合也给侵权责任法律适用带来了新的挑战。因此，本文旨在探讨民法中侵权责任法律适用的相关问题。首先，文章明确了侵权责任法律适用的基本概念与原则，包括公平原则、过错原则、因果关系原则和合法性原则。其次，分析了侵权责任法律适用面临的挑战，如多元性问题、冲突与协调、灵活性与确定性挑战以及与国际接轨的挑战。针对这些挑战，本文提出了相应的建议，包括应对多元性的策略、解决冲突与协调的机制、平衡灵活性与确定性的方法以及推进与国际接轨的措施。

Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people's legal awareness, the civil tort disputes are increasing, and the application of tort liability law gradually highlights its importance. In the context of globalization, the conflict and integration between different legal systems also bring new challenges to the application of tort liability law. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the relevant issues of the application of tort liability law in civil law. First of all, the paper clarifies the basic concepts and principles of the application of tort liability law, including the principle of fairness principle, fault principle, causality principle and legality principle. Secondly, the challenges facing the application of tort liability law, such as diversity issues, conflict and coordination, flexibility and certainty challenges and challenges in integrating with international standards. To address these challenges, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions, including diversified strategies, mechanisms for conflict resolution and coordination, ways to balance flexibility and certainty, and measures to promote integration with international standards.
