科技发展推动人工智能在司法调解中的应用不断扩展。本文全面探讨了人工智能在司法调解中的应用和发展，包括研究背景、意义、国内外研究现状及目的。文章介绍了人工智能和司法调解的基本概念，并分析了人工智能在案件分析、解决方案预测推荐、虚拟调解等方面的现状和优势，如提高处理速度和决策准确性。通过案例分析，揭示了人工智能的实际效用和启示。同时，文章指出了人工智能在司法调解中面临的挑战，如法律伦理问题、技术可靠性、人机交互局限性及公众信任，并提出了相应的改进措施。最后，展望了人工智能在司法调解中的未来，认为它将提升效率、决策质量、个性化调解和法律服务民主化，为该领域的应用提供了理论和实践指导。

Abstract：The development of science and technology promotes the continuous expansion of the application of artificial intelligence in judicial mediation. This paper comprehensively discusses the application and development of artificial intelligence in judicial mediation, including the research background, significance, research status and purpose at home and abroad. This paper introduces the basic concepts of artificial intelligence and judicial mediation, and analyzes the status quo and advantages of artificial intelligence in case analysis, solution prediction and recommendation, virtual mediation, etc., such as improving processing speed and decision accuracy. Through case analysis, the practical utility and enlightenment of artificial intelligence are revealed. At the same time, the paper points out the challenges faced by AI in judicial mediation, such as legal ethics issues, technical reliability, human-computer interaction limitations and public trust, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures. Finally, it looks forward to the future of artificial intelligence in judicial mediation, and believes that it will improve efficiency, decision-making quality, personalized mediation and democratization of legal services, providing theoretical and practical guidance for the application of this field.
