摘 要
本文概述了跨境电子商务中消费者权益保护的重要性及其面临的挑战与对策。跨境电子商务的快速发展为消费者提供了更广阔的选择空间,但同时也带来了消费者权益保护的新难题。文章首先阐述了消费者权益保护的定义、特点及法律框架,随后分析了跨境电子商务中消费者权益保护的意义,包括保障消费者基本权益、促进市场公平竞争和全球经济一体化。接着,文章深入剖析了跨境电子商务中消费者权益保护的难点,如跨境消费者组织发展滞后、在线纠纷解决机制不完善、法律体系差异及跨境取证难度大等。最后,提出了加强消费者组织建设、完善在线纠纷解决规则、明确法律适用原则及建立跨国取证合作机制等对策,以期为解决跨境电子商务中消费者权益保护问题提供有效路径。

Abstract
This paper summarizes the importance of consumer rights protection and its challenges and countermeasures in cross-border e-commerce. The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce provides consumers with a broader choice space, but it also brings new problems in the protection of consumers' rights and interests. The paper first expounds the definition, characteristics and legal fr amework of the protection of consumer rights and interests, and then analyzes the significance of the protection of consumer rights and interests in cross-border e-commerce, including protecting the basic rights and interests of consumers, promoting fair market competition and global economic integration. Then, the article deeply analyzes the difficulties in the protection of consumer rights and interests in cross-border e-commerce, such as the lagging development of cross-border consumer organizations, the imperfect online dispute resolution mechanism, the difference in legal system and the difficulty of cross-border evidence collection. Finally, the countermeasures, such as strengthening the construction of consumer organizations, improving the online dispute resolution rules, clarifying the principles of law application and establishing the transnational evidence collection cooperation mechanism, are put forward, in order to provide an effective way to solve the protection of consumer rights and interests in cross-border e-commerce.
